General committee member

We always welcome general members of the committee. The role would include attending our planning meetings and then taking on responsibilities for particular events such as buying prizes, filling jolly jars, asking local businesses for raffle prizes etc. You can really make it your own and flex the number of tasks you take on based on how much time you have available.

Secretary

We are in desperate need of a secretary to keep us all in line, sort out the agendas and minutes for our planning meetings, update our event risk assessments and keep our filings with the Charity Commission etc up to date. Attached is the PTA UK synopsis of the role which gives some more details.
